"Preserving Tiffin’s Architectural Heritage"
Tiffin Historic Trust, Inc. is a non-profit organization established in 1976 to inform and educate the public on the need to preserve and restore Tiffin's historic landmarks for future generations. Our headquarters are located at 172 Jefferson Street in the Grammes-Brown House, an elegant nine room Second Empire style home erected in 1884 by local confectioner and baker Peter Grammes. Fine woodwork, antiques, treasures and collections, belonging to three generations of the Grammes and Brown families, fill the Victorian era house bequeathed to the Tiffin Historic Trust by the late Rosina Brown, granddaughter of the home’s builder.
